ROOFING

The roof and roofing is my other favourite.

This is helped by the fact that the UK is full of 100 year old “historic” houses and as an architect I love to admire the solutions created by the old masters.

My team and I are ready:

  • Replace or adjust any tiles
  • Repair and replacement of lead sheeting
  • Chimney replacement, repair, repointing
  • Chimney covering
  • Installing bird netting for solar panels
  • Roof cleaning by hand and with high pressure jetwash (moss removal)
  • Any cementing work
  • Installation of chimney caps.
  • Plastering of partition wallsWe have very tall ladders, roof ladders and all kinds of safety equipment to solve any roof problems; leaks, and weather damage.

Our prices are exactly the same as in London and the South of England.
Up to one storey we charge £90 per hour, up to two storeys £190, up to three storeys

But we usually give you a personalised quote after we have looked at the job site. These prices are always cheaper than the standard South of England prices above.
